As always, aim to loop in [email protected] as early as possible for this process.

Generally if you want to get reimbursed, you don’t pay using your WatCard, as WatCard rarely ever gets reimbursed since it’s “unclear where the money came from” easy to fraud the university that way (parent loads money on your card or you win gift cards, you pay with that money, you pocket the $ reimbursed).

Printing W-Print stuff (plain paper, BW or colour) - no reimbursements needed

Turnaround time: ~1h, done outside of exam season

   1. Include the type of print you want (BW / colour, single / double-sided)
   2. Include the pdfs to print
2. cc [email protected] on the email
   1. Request that Shaz / Angie / […] provide a purchase order number to W Print

“Fancy” Prints - Stickers, etc

What B-Soc did for coffeehouse stickers was external printing services like jukebox print, and got funding from SLEF for promotional materials.
