Welcome to our home for documentation! SE Soc Docs is built around eight databases:
These contain info that will be continuously updated as we run new events and initiatives.
The meetings and events database contains meeting agendas + minutes, as well as event planning documents. It also contains one-off documentation pages related to a project.
The tasks database contains all action items across all Meetings, Events, and Projects. Once you create a meeting/event/project and select the appropriate page template, any tasks you add to that page should automatically appear here.
You can use the “Assigned to me” tab to easily view your personal action items.
This database is used to track SE Soc purchases, and is split up by term.
This database holds longer-term projects such as the Discord Overhaul and recurring events such as ‣.
The information here doesn’t change much, and is mostly for documentation and reference.
This database contains documents related to SE Soc as a whole that we want to refer to often, such as general guides and onboarding documents.
Contains all past and present SE Soc members! You can view someone’s page to see what events and projects they’ve run, as well as any contact info they’ve added.
