I'm looking to set up the nominations and voting system on vote.wusa.ca.

The elections for the Software Engineering Society A Exec positions are taking place this term. The elected candidates will be representing you starting Fall 2021 until the end of Fall 2022.

Ballots and descriptions:

1) President (requires 25 nominations)

The President is responsible for organizing all meetings (with execs and social reps), setting the agenda for all meetings (and sending it out prior to the meeting), represents the Society with utmost respect for others, stay connected with the exec team from the opposite stream to stay up to date with news from all things SE related. They are a liaison with facilities and societies, hold people accountable for their roles and should do their best to help all SE Soc VPs with their roles. In addition, the President is a non-voting seat on the SE Curriculum Committee.

2) VP-Events (requires 15 nominations)

The VP-Events is the events point of contact. They find/recruit directors of events as needed, delegate event work, and help to arrange rooms and food for events as needed. This includes termly repeating events like Resume Critiques.
